Both of these effects can be countered with a product called The PulseTech Xtreme Charge battery maintainer. It is available at our warehouse or by calling us at 888-405-4388. As for the state of charge on your current batteries most chargers require a minimum voltage reading (usually around 75% of capacity) before they will kick on. You can bring them down to our warehouse and we can see if we can rescue them or you can buy a charger that doesn't require a minimum voltage and see if that works.
