Wheelchair Batteries
Standard Battery Inc. offers a full line of wheelchair and motorized scooter batteries. All of our wheelchair/scooter batteries are AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) and are rated non-spillable by the ICAO (International Commercial Airline Organization), IATA (International Airline Transport Association) and DOT (Department of Transportation) definitions.
Some other benefits to AGM Batteries include:
- Maintenance-Free construction eliminates any need to check or maintain fluid levels.
- Completely sealed valve-regulated design eliminates spills and corrosion.
- Flexible design allows for easy installation in multiple positions. (Upside down installation is not recommended.)

- Requires less charging time than conventional wet-lead batteries.
