You can use wire cutters or a pair of scissors. Ensure that you don't cut the end to connect to the power input or power bank.
Step 3: Free Up the Two Essential Wires
Once you have cut your USB charger cable, you will find a few wires inside. Usually, there will be white, black, red and black wires. The wires you will be using to make your Juul chargers are red and black. So, this step will be to separate the other wires that you will not be using that are green and white.

Step 3: Strip the red and black wires
